3 Day Military Diet Plan

Wanted to lose weight quickly ? We all know how good the Military Diet plans are for quick weight loss. So we wanted to share the 3 days military diet plan with you guys so you too can give it a try.

 

 

Day 1:

Breakfast: 

  • One slice of toast
  • Two tbsp of peanut butter
  • ½ grapefruit
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (with coffeine)

Lunch:

  • 1 slice of toast
  • ½ cup of tuna
  • 1cup of coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 3 ounces of any type of meat
  • ½ banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup of vanila ice cream

Day 2:

Breakfast:

  • One slice of toast
  • ½ banana
  • 1 egg

Lunch:

  • 5 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup of cotagge cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • ½ cup of carrots
  • ½ banana
  • 2 hot dogs without bun
  • ½ cup of vanila icecream

Day 3:

Breakfast:

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 5 saltine crackers
  • 1 small apple

Lunch:

  • 1 slice of toast
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup of vanila ice cream

Make sure to follow the diet rules, do not consume nothing more, nothing less.
